Hi I'm Lisa, a mum to a beautiful little boy and the hands behind a gentle reminder, a small batch bath and candle ritual brand based in Muswellbrook, NSW.
Over the years, my own health journey and living with PCOS led me to learn more about the ingredients we bring into our homes and onto our bodies, and the role that natural, supportive ingredients can play in our wellbeing.
What started as a personal ritual, lighting a candle at the end of the day or creating a quiet moment to reset, has grown into something I want to share.
Each product is made slowly in small batches using thoughtfully chosen ingredients, designed to support simple moments that help us pause, breathe and soften as well as a reminder that you are allowed to take things gently.
