Shipping policy

We make everything lovingly in our home and sometimes products are created fresh to order.
Please allow 1–2 weeks processing time before dispatch. Express options at checkout reduce shipping time, not processing time, but we work hard to send orders as quickly as possible.

Once lodged with Australia Post, delivery is typically:

• Standard: 2–8 business days (location dependent)

• Express: 1–4 business days

Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100.
We currently ship Australia-wide

If your address is unsafe to leave a parcel, we recommend choosing express or shipping to a work address.

We are not responsible for delays once parcels are lodged with Australia Post.
